  1. Booking Confirmation:

    By proceeding with a booking through One Travel Company, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined here.

  2. Payment:
    • Payment for tour services must be made in the currency specified by One Travel Company, following the payment schedule provided in your booking confirmation.
    • Ensuring timely payments is crucial; failure to comply may lead to cancellation of your reservation.
  3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    • To cancel a booking, kindly submit your request in writing to One Travel Company.
    • If you cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking, no deduction will be made, and your refund will be 100%.
    • If you wish to make changes to your booking within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour, such changes will be accommodated at no additional cost.
    • If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled booking, 75% of the amount will be refunded.
    • If applicable, refunds will be processed according to the terms and processing time can vary from 7 to 15 work days.
  4. Travel Documents:
    • It's essential to have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents with you throughout your tour.
    • Please ensure you've obtained all necessary travel documents beforehand to avoid any inconvenience.
  5. Health and Insurance:

    We highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and unforeseen circumstances to safeguard your journey.

  6. Itinerary Changes:
    • While we strive to maintain tour itineraries, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate modifications to accommodations, transportation, and activities.
    • We'll make every effort to communicate any changes to you in advance.
  7. Code of Conduct:
    • Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, tour guides, and local communities.
    • One Travel Company reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual from the tour for disruptive behavior, without refund.
  8. Health and Safety:
    • Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour.
    • Please follow safety instructions provided by tour guides and use caution during adventurous activities.
  9. Dispute Resolution:

    Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your tour experience shall be adjudicated in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction, with parties undertaking to seek resolution through negotiation and mediation wherever practicable. Should negotiation and mediation fail to resolve the dispute, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of jurisdiction for resolution.

  10. Updates to Terms:

    One Travel Company may update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Please review them periodically for changes.

  11. Intellectual Property Rights:

    All intellectual property rights related to the tour materials, including photographs, videos, written content, and any other proprietary materials provided by One Travel Company, remain the sole property of One Travel Company or our licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the tour materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. If you have any questions regarding the use of tour materials, please contact One Travel Company for clarification.

  12. Privacy Policy:

    By booking with One Travel Company, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection, processing, and use of your personal information. We are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of your data. Your personal information, including but not limited to your name, contact details, and payment information, will be collected and stored securely. We use this information solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services to enhance your travel experience. Rest assured that your personal data will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law or necessary to fulfill the services requested during your tour. We value your trust and are committed to upholding the highest standards of privacy protection.

  13. Force Majeure:

    One Travel Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, and unforeseen technical issues. In the event of force majeure, One Travel Company will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact on your tour experience and provide alternative arrangements where feasible.
